9 years old. I am the eldest of 2. I have a younger brother who is 6.

Sunshine Coast Queensland
Favourite hobbies/ interests
Drawing, colouring-in, painting, arts and craft, camping and fishing. Netball and Gymnastics.
How long have you been drawing or creating art?
Since I was 9 months old, I started fingerpainting in my highchair.
My mum has inspired me as she always has done crafty stuff with me.
My granny who lives in Western Australia. She loves drawing and sewing. We always look forward to seeing each other as we enjoy time chatting and drawing together.
I draw at home for fun. I have won a poster competition for the schoolbook fair. I like. I love drawing animals, especially Koalas.
Drawing makes me feel calm, relaxed and happy.
My dream is to keep creating drawings and hope to have them on display so people can enjoy them.
I also like drawing with watercolours.
What do you like about the story “A Shooting Star”?
I Like that it is spreading the message of kindness, caring and love. It is important to focus on the good things in all people.
What does it mean to you to be part of this book with the other child illustrators around the world?
I feel lucky and happy.
How have you used the shooting star with your family or friends?
I haven’t been at school to share them ( homeschool’s ) with my friends, but at home I have been giving shooting Stars to my Brother.
What advice would you give children or teenagers about going for your dreams?
To follow your dreams and believe in yourself and believe in your dreams
As a wise kid, what message to you think humanity/humans needs to hear right now.
Be kind to yourself and other around you. Love the people around you.
Name one person in your life who you would love to give a shooting star to. Why?
Mum and Dad because they are caring and kind and always help and encourage me to be happy and brave.
